HEAD CHEF/OWNER Sean Kirby
Sean knows the difference that using the freshest ingredients available can make in his creations. One of his greatest passions is foraging wild mushrooms and greens. He has a love for the hunt and is proficient in knowing where and when to find nature’s best edibles.
